Samsung Galaxy A02s is one of the cheapest entry-level phones for Samsung in 2021. Samsung galaxy A02S comes with a 5000 mAh battery, 15W fast charging support, Snapdragon 450 chipset, Octa-core CPU, 1080p video recording, and other good specs.
There are two variants of Samsung Galaxy A02s, which are 3/32GB or 4/64GB. The first variant price is 20000($124), and the second variant price is 24000($149) in Pakistan. At this price, this phone has some good specs and some bad specs.
It has a lower processor and GPU. But at this price, most phones give the same specs. If I compared it with Galaxy A11, then I say that Galaxy A02s is the little improved version of A11 because both have the same specs even though Galaxy A11 has only 3GB RAM and max 64GB storage and Galaxy A11 has a 5MP ultra-wide camera, but Galaxy A02s does not have an ultra-wide camera, but it has 4GB RAM.

Performance
Galaxy A02s is good for daily activities like watching movies, social activities, small apps, and other major activities, but if you want a phone for gaming, then you can expand your budget and go for high-end mobile phones. Samsung Galaxy A02s comes with a lower Snapdragon 450 chipset and lower GPU, and even max 4GB RAM only. You can play PUBG at lower graphics setting but lagging expected because it has only 4GB RAM and a slower processor.
I am using Vivo Y81 (3/32GB), and I play PUBG on Vivo Y81, but the phone does not perform well. The touch response is not good, and the also phone hangs because it has a lower GPU, CPU, and only 3GB of RAM. If you want to purchase Galaxy A02s, I recommend going for the 64GB variant because 32GB is not enough.
OS
Galaxy A02s running Android 10, and that’s good. Because android 10 offers a lot of new security features and other features.
Display & Design
Samsung Galaxy A02s offers a 6.5-inch PLS TFT display with HD+ (720X1600p) resolution, 16MP color depth, 450nits max brightness, and 81.8% of screen-to-body ratio. It offers a 720p resolution because it is the entry-level phone Samsung and 720p is good, and the mid-range phone Samsung called Galaxy A12 also offers only 720p resolution.
The display is TFT, not IPS, and it is not acceptable because TFT is not a good display. The major problem of the TFT display is that it fails to create a wider angle of view.
The Samsung Galaxy A02s is combining streamlined design aesthetics with classic colors and refined curves. The back and frame of this phone are made of plastic, and it also has gorilla glass protection on the front screen. Galaxy A02s has a 3.5mm headphone jack, and face-unlock, but it does not have a fingerprint sensor.
Camera
Galaxy A02s is the entry-level phone of Samsung, that’s why it got only a 13MP Wide camera +2MP (macro) + 2MP (depth sensor) and 5MP front camera. The photos clicked by the Wide camera are surprisingly good, because it got a 13MP at an affordable price. It also has 8X digital zoom. You can record videos at 1080@30fps on this phone.
Battery life
The battery life of the Galaxy A02s is brilliant because it comes with a 5000mAh Li-Po battery in an entry-level phone. Most flagship phones will not come with a 5000mAh battery like Galaxy S20 FE, and Galaxy S20 Plus comes with a 4500mAh battery, and only S20 Ultra and S21Ultra offer 5000mAh. That’s good. For $149, Galaxy A02s has a 5000mAh battery. The battery fully charged 0-100% in 2 hours because it got a big battery, and when it’s fully charged, it gives two days of battery life normally.

I think the Xiaomi POCO M3 is better than Galaxy A02s. Because POCO M3 got Snapdragon 662 chipset, Adreno 610 GPU, and other awesome specs at an affordable price.
